High Current Relay Module User's Guide
Communicator® The Communicator® module communicates directly across the backplane of the SLC 500. Each module can handle up to 32 words of scanned I/O and it is possible to install a network of multiple modules until you match of number of functions required. Typical communication range is a few 1,000 feet to several miles.
